Antenna and CNC Prototyping
Utilizing advanced technologies such as multi-layer PCB manufacturing, 3D printing, milling and CNC machines, we can quickly perform the prototyping stage, thereby shortening the time taken for each design cycle. This can be done for antenna designs as well as any other associated parts in the product (standoffs, radome etc.). Moreover, we optimize antenna performance on physical prototyping. When the antenna is integrated into the product, it’s expected that its target turnings are slightly off-set from the simulations. Thus, antenna tunings needed. Wiseanalysis helps with optimizing matching component values, topology, or slightly changing the antenna’s physical dimension.
Testing and Certification
For every R&D project, verification is everything. A wireless product with a poorly performing antenna can interfere with other devices, degrade performance, and harm users. On the other hand, a product with sub-standard RF performance can fail the certification test, and cannot be launched commercially.
WiseAnalysis has access to a wide range of professional tools for carrying out all antenna measurements and a fully equipped anechoic chamber with an over-the-air (OTA) measurement setup. Our antenna anechoic chamber provides a stable, non-reflective environment for antenna testing. Also, throughout partnerships, we are also able to accurately measure other system level performance such as ECC, EIRP, TRP and TIS.

Design for Manufacturing
The art of designing a product and the act of manufacturing a product are very different disciplines, each with their own particular sets of challenges. These disparities become apparent once the design is ready to be produced. WiseAnalysis helps you to minimize these differences through the practice of DFM: designing a product in such a way that considers the limitations of manufacturing. We have a capacity of mass producing antennas and related components (RF dividers, diplexers, radomes, etc.) with 100% verification for electric parameters and 10% radiation performance check. Our manufacturing partners are mainly based across Europe and Asia.
